
REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting the Gamma Rho Lambda (GRL) Foundation. Whether you are donating to help us fund Collegiate Scholarships, supporting our National Convention, or purchasing from one of our fundraisers, your contribution directly aids our mission of supporting the GRL family and the LGBTQIA+ community.
Because we are a volunteer-led, non-profit organization, we have established the following refund policy to ensure our funds can be reliably allocated to the programs and operational costs they are meant to support.
Donation Refunds
As a general rule, all donations made to the GRL Foundation are final and non-refundable. When you make a charitable contribution, those funds are often immediately allocated toward our current fundraising goals and operational needs.
However, we understand that genuine mistakes can happen. We may grant a refund of a donation on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:

A processing error occurred, resulting in a duplicate charge.

The donation was made fraudulently using your payment information.
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us immediately at fundraising@grl-foundation.org so we can investigate the issue with our third-party payment processor.
Merchandise Refunds
We want you to be proud to wear and display your GRL Foundation gear or items we sell in partnership with our supporters! Because our merchandise is often hosted and fulfilled through external third-party websites, all sales are generally considered final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. However, we will gladly help facilitate a refund or replacement if there is a proven issue with your order. Proven issues include:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The print quality is poor or incorrect.

You received the wrong item.
If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

Your name and order number.

A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

A brief description of the issue.
Please send this information to fundraising@grl-foundation.org. Since we use third-party platforms for our merchandise, we will work with them on your behalf (or direct you to their specific customer service team) to ensure your issue is resolved and a refund or replacement is issued.
